Overview

This site is a professional portfolio and voice-lesson inquiry site for Elyse Tindall. We collect only what we need to respond to casting and lesson inquiries, run the site securely, and (in production) send short text alerts about those inquiries to the studio’s designated phone number.

Information we collect

• Inquiry forms. Name, preferred contact method (defaults to email), email and/or phone as needed for that preference, optional organization, lesson format preference when applicable, and your message. Forms are protected with Cloudflare Turnstile.
• Technical data. Standard web logs and application monitoring may record coarse request metadata (for example timestamps, status codes, and correlation IDs) to operate and troubleshoot the site. We do not sell personal information.
• Analytics. On public pages we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic (for example pages viewed and approximate geography). The Measurement ID is configured as a site build setting. Private Studio pages are excluded. We do not use this data for advertising personalization on this site.

How we use information

Contact details and messages from inquiry forms are used to reply about casting materials or private voice lessons via the contact method you prefer. Optional phone numbers you provide are for follow-up on that inquiry — not for unrelated marketing lists. We do not send promotional SMS campaigns to visitors.

Sharing

Inquiry content is processed by our hosting, form-verification, and messaging providers so we can deliver and respond to your request. Analytics events from public pages are processed by Google Analytics. We do not sell or rent your information. We may disclose information if required by law.

SMS notifications

Program: When someone submits a casting or lesson inquiry on this website, the site may send a short transactional text message to the studio’s designated mobile number so Elyse Tindall can respond promptly. These are business inquiry alerts, not consumer marketing blasts.

Message frequency: Varies with how often forms are submitted (typically low volume). Message and data rates may apply.

Consent: By operating and configuring this SMS alert number for the studio, the message recipient consents to receive these transactional inquiry texts. Visitors who submit a form consent to being contacted about that inquiry via their preferred method (email or phone), as described above. Submitting a form does not enroll you in marketing texts.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any SMS from our messaging number to cancel further texts to that phone. After you opt out, you will receive a confirmation and we will stop sending SMS alerts to that number. Reply HELP for help, or email privacy@elysetindall.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers in the United States typically include major nationwide providers; availability may vary.

Retention

Inquiry messages and related operational logs are kept only as long as needed to respond and run the site securely, unless a longer period is required by law.
